• Implement the sms chat channel for Zoom Contact Center.
• Assess the task from PM/UX and give feedback from a technical perspective.
• Perform DB/Architecture design.
• Implement test scripts for backend API.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform fix or enhancement.
• Implement scheduled call back related features.
• Design and implement service monitoring system.

• Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management and Systems, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
• Must have 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Must have 1 year of experience in Core Java, Java Spring Boot, AWS – Amazon Web Service, Restful API, Microservice Framework, Kubernetes, Database SQL, and Python.
• Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
• Position does not require domestic or international travel.

Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
