Responsibilities- Implement the sms chat channel for Zoom Contact Center.
- Assess the task from PM/UX and give feedback from a technical perspective.
- Perform DB/Architecture design.
- Implement test scripts for backend API.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform fix or enhancement.
- Implement scheduled call back related features.
- Design and implement service monitoring system.
- Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management and Systems, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
- Must have 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Must have 1 year of experience in Core Java, Java Spring Boot, AWS – Amazon Web Service, Restful API, Microservice Framework, Kubernetes, Database SQL, and Python.
- Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
- Position does not require domestic or international travel.

Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
