As a Senior Data Engineer on the Graph Analytics team, you will build scalable graph systems to analyze large networks of cryptocurrency transactions, collaborate with data scientists and investigators, and deliver real‑time graph algorithms at multi‑blockchain scale.

• Design and implement graph algorithms that analyze large cryptocurrency transaction networks at multi‑blockchain scale.
• Research and evaluate new graph‑native technologies to benefit data science and data engineering teams.
• Collaborate with investigators to identify key user stories and requirements for new graph features.
• Understand and refine TRM’s risk models, which analyze transaction networks to assign risk scores to addresses.
• Communicate complex implementation details to investigators, customers, and engineering peers.
• Integrate diverse data inputs, ranging from raw blockchain data to complex model outputs.

• Enable real‑time insights into multi‑chain cryptocurrency transactions for investigative purposes.
• Drive product innovation by leveraging graph analytics for predictive learning problems.
• Improve the efficiency and accuracy of TRM’s risk scoring across multiple blockchains.

• Academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Physics.
• Strong knowledge of algorithm design, data structures, and real‑world problem solving.
• Experience optimizing large‑scale distributed data processing systems such as Spark, Hadoop, Dask, or distributed graph databases.
• Hands‑on experience turning academic research into production features with a product‑driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of driving projects with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of basic graph theory concepts.
