• Own problems end‑to‑end—from idea to production.
• Deliver features without relying on fully defined or perfect specifications.
• Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers.

• Deliver 2x the output of a non‑AI using Senior Engineer.

• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI‑native tools or applications within an organization, with measurable successful adoption.
• Proven experience building full‑stack features across mobile or web applications (frontend + backend).
• Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and no initial acceptance criteria.
• Strong product mindset: focus on problems, outcomes, and impact—not just tickets or tasks.
• 5+ years of development experience building real products, systems, tools, startups, or side projects.
