• 4+ years of experience in Backend Engineering with a focus on Go (Golang).
• Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, performance‑critical backend services and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in database design and optimization using Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Strong background in building production‑grade systems with an API‑first design approach.
• Experience with Zanzibar (ReBAC).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Solid understanding of cloud‑native architecture and hands‑on experience with AWS.
• Implement production‑grade engineering standards, including code reviews, testing, and API‑first design principles.
