Senior Software Engineer (.NET MAUI - Remote - Latin America

We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer with strong expertise in .NET MAUI and cross‑platform mobile development. This role requires deep knowledge of the mobile development lifecycle and best practices, along with the ability to provide technical leadership and strategic guidance. You’ll be working in partnership with a technology company focused on improving operations and user experience within the youth sports space, helping evolve the mobile stack while ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions.

• Apply deep knowledge of the mobile development lifecycle and industry best practices.
• Provide senior‑level technical leadership to assess, improve, and establish engineering standards.
• Evaluate the current technology stack and recommend modernization strategies where appropriate.
• Ensure cost‑effective solutions while maintaining high technical quality.
• Support product and engineering initiatives aligned with growth in the youth sports technology space.

• Strong experience with .NET MAUI and cross‑platform mobile development.
• Deep understanding of the mobile development lifecycle, including architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead engineering role.
• Experience evaluating and improving existing technology stacks.
• Strong understanding of engineering best practices and scalable mobile architectures.
• Ability to balance technical quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience working in consumer‑facing or sports‑related platforms.
• Background in modernizing legacy mobile applications.
• Experience influencing technical strategy or product direction.
