We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer with strong Java and React/Next.js experience to join our team as a key technical contributor. The candidate will work closely with the US-based leadership and product team and will help ensure high-quality execution across a distributed engineering team. You will have strong ownership of your work, influence over technical decisions, and the opportunity to contribute directly to meaningful product development.

• Hands-On Development
  • Build and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot preferred)
  • Develop modern frontend features using React and Next.js
  • Take ownership of features from planning through release
  • Contribute to bug fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements
• Code Quality & Best Practices
  • Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
  • Help ensure code is clean, maintainable, and production-ready
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions
• Technical Contribution
  • Contribute to system design and architectural decisions
  • Help improve consistency, scalability, and reliability of the platform
  • Work closely with leadership on technical direction when needed
• Collaboration
  • Work directly with US-based leadership and product team (with overlapping hours)
  • Collaborate with a distributed engineering team to ensure smooth delivery
  • Communicate clearly around progress, blockers, and solutions

• Ideally should possess at least 6 years of full stack development experience
• Strong backend experience with Java (Spring Boot or similar)
• Strong frontend experience with React and Next.js
• Experience building and maintaining production applications
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
• Actively uses tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar in daily work
• Comfortable using AI to improve productivity, debugging, and code quality
• Interested in applying AI to real-world engineering challenges
