Test Lead

Job Description

Candidates need to be self-starters that can come up to speed quickly, as well as work with a sense of urgency from a delivery perspective. All positions are required to be on-site Monday through Thursday with work from home on Fridays.

• Test and validate all layers of the CK application, including UI, APIs, backend logic, and databases.
• Support fast-paced delivery by contributing to metrics and project updates for teams at all levels.
• Define, document, and communicate new processes as part of continuous improvement.

• Full-Stack Testing experience (required) with ability to test UI, APIs, backend logic, and databases.
• Experience leading technical projects and developing metrics; providing updates to project teams at all levels.
• Automation experience and Agile experience (preferred or required per role).
• Prior quality engineering (QE) experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Zypher or similar).
• JIRA & Confluence – preferred.
