SENIOR LIVING ADVISOR – Greater Manchester/Southern NH Territory
Oasis Senior Advisors is looking to add a full-time Senior Living Advisor serving older adults and families in the Concord, Manchester, Nashua, Derry, Londonderry, Windham, and Salem communities.

Your Primary Responsibilities- Healthcare and community business development activities; balancing in-person activities and work from home.
- Account management with assisted living facilities in Greater Manchester/Southern NH.
- Develop and manage referral sources including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, primary care providers, chamber of commerce, senior centers, financial advisors, elder law/estate planners, etc.
- Extensive consults in person and via phone with seniors and families researching senior care options.
- Manage referrals/pipeline using proprietary software/CRM, extensive client follow up.
- Recommend communities or services best fitting the client’s needs through Oasis IQ software.
- Coordinate and attend in-person assisted living tours with seniors and families.
- Invest in knowledge of local senior care spectrum and healthcare resources.
- Promote Oasis Senior Advisors and Silver Assist at local events.
You will work hand‑in‑hand with families during a delicate time, coordinate with health care professionals for appropriate discharge, and create relationships with trusted community partners to serve clients. This position offers an ever‑changing challenge, community involvement, and a chance to make a difference.
What Ideal Candidates Will Have- Have senior living/senior healthcare experience.
- Well‑connected in the senior care and senior living industry.
- Significant experience working with seniors.
- Comfort in working in a newly acquired market.
- Outside sales and business development experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Nursing, Social Work, Communication, Public Health preferred.
We offer a base salary plus a very generous bonus structure and a flexible schedule with unlimited vacation.
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 with expected earnings plus bonus to total more than $100k.

All applicants must be willing to meet in‑person clients, referral sources, and assisted living communities in the greater Manchester/Southern NH territory. Candidates ideally will live in this area.
