Backend Developer

What We're Looking For:Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in backend web development with a focus on building and delivering impactful products and projects
- Heavy hands-on SQL experience is required
- Experience working with distributed systems and messaging technologies such as SQS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
- Ability to work across different technologies and programming languages (language-agnostic environment)
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership from design through delivery
- Experience in Fin Tech or other highly regulated industries
- Background working in startup or fast-paced, lean environments
