Backend Software Engineer; Remote

• Strong experience in backend web development with a focus on building and delivering impactful products and projects
• Heavy hands-on SQL experience is required
• Experience working with distributed systems and messaging technologies such as SQS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
• Ability to work across different technologies and programming languages (language-agnostic environment)
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership from design through delivery

• Experience in Fin Tech or other highly regulated industries
• Background working in startup or fast-paced, lean environments
