We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our growing Automation team. This individual will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality automated test scripts using Selenium (C#) and MABL. The role also involves mentoring and training QA team members on best practices and tool adoption. In partnership with the Automation Manager, this role aims to strengthen testing standards, improve regression coverage, and advance automation capabilities across teams.

• 5+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer in QA/Test Engineering. REQUIRED.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Selenium-based automation scripts in C#. REQUIRED.
• Hands-on experience with MABL for test automation, including test creation, execution, and reporting. REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, best coding practices, and design patterns (Page Object Model, keyword/data-driven frameworks).
• Proficiency in C#, SQL, and experience testing RESTful APIs and SOAP services (ReadyAPI preferred).
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins). PREFERRED.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Bitbucket (or equivalent source code repositories). PREFERRED.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience working with offshore teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of Life Insurance and/or Annuities is a plus.
• Experience with Python, mobile automation (Sauce Labs), or .NET development is a plus.
