Position SummaryAs a Software Engineer II, you will work within a high‑energy team to develop high‑quality applications, support a wide range of customers, and contribute creative ideas to improve solutions.
Core Responsibilities- Contribute independently to projects
- Develop new features and support or fix existing ones
- Write unit and integration tests
- Debug issues across the entire stack—OS, DB, applications, and network
- Own technical growth: product and business knowledge, problem‑solving, technical and process knowledge
- Monitor industry trends and open‑source community activity
- Make decisions that maintainability, reuse, security, and performance
- Diagnose issues and provide solutions for multiple functional and technical areas within a product
- Frame problems independently and perform relevant research
- Communicate clearly to explain design decisions
- Self‑motivation and excellent problem‑solving skills
- Drive for personal and professional improvement
- Collaborate with peers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Agile software development
- Passion for innovating and crafting clean code
- 2-3 years of professional experience with C#
- 2-3 years of professional experience with MSSQL
- Experience with User Interface Design
- Understanding of unit testing value
- Enjoy solving problems through the entire application stack
- Interest and capability to learn other programming languages as needed
- Travel required up to 10% of the time
- Occasional lifting/moving up to 10 pounds
- Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer
- Specific visual abilities required: close vision
