We are seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to help define the future of our B2B SaaS platform. This role involves not only building software but also fundamentally improving how software is built through AI-assisted engineering. This is a highly technical, high-ownership position for individuals comfortable across the entire stack, capable of moving quickly from idea to production, and embracing modern AI tooling to enhance engineering velocity, product quality, and decision-making.

• Build across the stack, from backend services and infrastructure to polished frontend experiences, owning features from concept through deployment and iteration.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, ChatGPT, Devin, or similar) daily to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and increase engineering leverage.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into our product and internal engineering processes to enhance customer experience and team productivity.

• Write high-quality, production-grade code that balances speed, maintainability, reliability, and scalability.
• Drive architectural decisions and platform improvements to enable faster product development and long-term technical flexibility.

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to transform ideas, customer feedback, and prototypes into intuitive user experiences.
• Mentor engineers and elevate the technical standard across the organization through leadership, feedback, and engineering excellence.

• Champion modern engineering practices, including automation, observability, AI-enabled workflows, and rapid experimentation.

• 8+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or large‑scale web applications.
• Proven ability to design and ship complex systems end‑to‑end across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data layers.

• Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering tools and workflows. Actively use AI for coding, debugging, research, prototyping, documentation, and productivity enhancement.

• A bias toward execution and iteration, with the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Strong product and UX instincts, caring deeply about both performant systems and polished user experiences.

• Systems thinking and technical judgment, balancing short‑term pragmatism with long‑term scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborative and low‑ego approach, working effectively across engineering, product, and design, and communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Adaptability over rigid specialization; willingness to learn quickly and leverage the right tools, including AI, to solve problems effectively.

Compensation Range: $210K - $240K
