We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our remote team as a contractor. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex enterprise‑level applications, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our innovative staffing platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and efficient solutions, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.

This position requires a deep understanding of both front‑end and back‑end technologies, as well as experience working with legacy systems and modern development practices. The role is initially onsite for onboarding in Colorado, with subsequent work conducted remotely, providing flexibility and a balanced work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess in‑depth knowledge of application development and design, with proven experience in full stack development. Candidates should have a strong background in front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, along with back‑end expertise in .NET Core, C#, and RESTful API design. Experience working with microservices architecture, relational databases like MS SQL Server, and legacy code is essential.

Additionally, proficiency in shell scripting, networking, and debugging network issues is required. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, along with experience using TFS and Azure Dev Ops tools, is strongly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem‑solving skills, effective time management, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and organizational levels. A passion for enterprise‑level agile development and a quick learner mindset are also important.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Working with legacy codebases to improve functionality, optimize performance, and implement new features.
• Developing and consuming RESTful APIs, integrating microservices, and ensuring seamless system interoperability.
• Creating and maintaining database schemas, writing optimized SQL queries, and managing data integrity within MS SQL Server.
• Implementing shell scripts to automate deployment and operational tasks.
• Debugging network issues, troubleshooting application errors, and resolving technical challenges efficiently.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilizing CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of software updates.
