Position: Lead Fullstack Java Developer (No C2C)
Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Lead Fullstack Java Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Java developer, you will be an integral part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative projects and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Lead Fullstack Java Developer

Location: Rockville, Maryland

Pay Range: $85-90/hr depending on years of experience

What's the Job?

Design, architect, and deliver scalable enterprise applications utilizing Java, AWS services, and Angular frameworks.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot and related Java technologies.
Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Git Lab CI/CD for seamless deployment and monitoring.
Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions, ensuring security and performance standards are met.

What's Needed?

7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in Java development.
5+ years of experience working with AWS services including ECS, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway.
3+ years of experience developing front-end applications with Angular (version 2+).
Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools such as ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes.
Experience with database systems, both SQL (PostgreSQL/RDS) and No

SQL (MongoDB).
