As they continue to expand their Philippine‑based team, they are looking to hire a highly capable Quality Engineer who possesses excellent software testing skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:- Design and build tooling, scalable and maintainable test infrastructure to ensure the quality
- Work directly with the development team and project stakeholders to understand product requirements and design End to End test scenarios and execute them to ensure product release readiness.
- Introduce best practices, guidelines and procedures for QA and for adjacent teams
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well‑structured test plans and test cases.
- Achieve a high level of automated testing coverage of both front end and back end systems.
- Diagnose issues, report defects, and develop regression tests to discover re‑occurrences.
- Drive metrics with engineering peers to monitor code coverage; recommend bug prevention strategies and implement other quality measures.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and estimation activities.
- Stay current with the latest test automation best practices and share your findings with your team and larger Quality Assurance practice.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software QA or test engineering, with at least some time spent in an SDET or test‑infrastructure role
- Strong experience testing web applications and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., pytest, Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent)
- Experience testing complex business workflows and multi‑system integrations
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues to diverse audiences
- Comfortable contributing test scripts/code (Python) into the main repository — not just running scripts in isolation
- Experience testing AI/LLM‑backed features and building eval harnesses for non‑deterministic output
- Hands‑on workflow testing experience
- Comfort working with HIPAA‑adjacent / PHI test data; experience with synthetic data generation for non‑prod environments
Experience:
- Temporal SDK Workflow
- Comfortable with building integration test suites that span Pub/Sub (GCS), PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, Temporal Workflows, and LLMs
