Senior Salesforce Developer (LWC, Lightning, Aura, Apex) - Remote, Full Time

Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods.
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Support the development and deployment of Salesforce applications.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success.
- Prioritize projects and deliver quality work on time.
- Write code for custom platform components (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) and integrate with back‑office systems (e.g., Mule Soft) and data migration services.
- Participate as a member of the Agile team to deliver quality solutions consistently.
- Develop and implement the Salesforce Lightning Experience to meet client requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years of work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on LWC, Aura Components, Apex and declarative features.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong experience customizing the Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning Design System, Apex, and declarative tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Implementation of Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- US citizenship required.
- Federal government experience required.
- Ability to acquire Public Trust clearance.
$120,000 - $140,000
