Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in system and software design to join our team. This full-stack role emphasizes backend development using C# and .NET and focuses on distributed systems architecture.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the design and development of complex software systems supporting trade lifecycle processing.
- Implement distributed computing solutions using messaging technologies.
- Build on top of the C# Mass Transit framework to ensure system reliability and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
- Own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
- Contribute to system design reviews, code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
- Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET (Core and Framework), ASP.NET, React
- Messaging & Orchestration: C# Mass Transit, RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Architecture:
Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Distributed Systems - Tools:
Git, CI/CD pipelines, Nomad, MongoDB
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience designing and building distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of messaging patterns, sagas, and transactional consistency.
- Experience with full-stack development (React, Angular, or similar is a plus).
- Familiarity with financial derivatives or trade processing systems is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
