Software Engineer, Backend Developer, Full Stack Developer

• Partner with business and product stakeholders to collect requirements and design, develop, test/debug, document, and support software applications.
• Leverage generative AI–assisted development tools to accelerate research, coding, debugging, documentation, and testing, while maintaining high standards of code quality.
• Support integration efforts by working across APIs, data sources, and external systems to ensure seamless, secure, and well‑structured interactions within the broader ecosystem.
• Collaborate in a team environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in software development languages, patterns, architectures, and generative AI coding.

• Ability to establish cross‑functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners
• Full‑Stack software development experience preferred and experience building robust distributed systems that scale well
• Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Passionate about continuous learning, especially around LLMs and AI tools
• Experience with client‑side SPA development
• Working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Type Script
• Experience in developing unit tests
• Strong problem‑solving skills

• 4+ Years' experience in software, web, or application development
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong C# and .NET experience building services and integrations
• API Development (RESTful, GraphQL, .NET Web API)
• Front‑End Experience (Modern Angular, React, or Vue)
• Hands‑on Azure experience deploying and running apps
• Experience integrating applications with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) using SDKs or frameworks like Semantic Kernel, Lang Chain, or similar to ship real features

• Exposure to Anthropic Claude and interest in applying it to customer experiences
• Exposure to Google Gemini and interest in evaluating it for real‑world use
• Experience using Braze for personalized customer journeys
• Experience using Segment for event tracking and customer data
