Forge in Denver, CO seeks a Staff Quality Engineer to improve product quality for complex financial trading systems. This remote role will soon transition to a hybrid model. Key responsibilities include developing test strategies, writing comprehensive test plans, and participating in requirement analysis. Preferred candidates will have 8-12 years in software testing, fintech experience, and proficiency in test automation tools.

The salary range is $155,000 - $175,000 plus an annual bonus.
