OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered features across the full stack. You’ll work across Frontend, Backend, and AI, turning real business problems into production-ready solutions.
What You'll Do- Build end-to-end AI features using React, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and Python
- Develop AI workflows with OpenAI, Anthropic, Lang Chain, and modern LLM frameworks
- Design and implement RAG systems, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents
- Build APIs, backend services, and intelligent automations
- Apply prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization techniques
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship AI-driven features
- Monitor and improve system and model performance in production
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years building AI or LLM-powered applications
- Strong experience with Node.js, React, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and Python
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Lang Chain, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience building scalable APIs and production systems
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with AI agents and workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Vellum)
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Background in healthcare, staffing, marketplaces, or operations-heavy platforms
