Your environment & your mission

You join a multidisciplinary product team organized in Agile at scale (SAFe), evolving in a demanding technical context (high volume, high availability). As a Tech Lead, you are the technical reference of the team and the guarantor of the quality, robustness and sustainability of the developed solutions.

Your role combines:

Your responsibilities

• Architecture & conception

You define and evolve microservices architectures, in line with business and product issues. You ensure the global coherence of the information system, anticipate technical debt and arbitrate on structuring choices.

• Development & technical expertise

You directly intervene on Java / Spring Boot backend developments, animate code reviews and solve complex technical issues. You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.

• Leadership & mentoring

You technically guide a team of 4 to 8 developers, accompany the progress of junior and senior profiles, and disseminate best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, Design Patterns). You animate technical strong moments (coding dojos, tech talks, experience sharing).

• Dev Ops & industrialization

You supervise CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments and quality and security tooling of the code. You contribute to the continuous optimization of the build and deployment chain.

• Cross-functional collaboration

You work closely with Product Owners, Architects and other Tech Leads, participate in Agile rituals and contribute to the definition of the technical roadmap. You are able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience & general framework

• Minimum 8 years of experience in complex environments (expert / lead profile)
• Fluent English required (international context)
• Position based in Île-de-France, with 2 to 3 days of remote work per week

Key technical skills

Backend & architecture

• Expertise in Java 17+ and Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data, Security, Cloud)
• Distributed architectures, microservices, event-driven (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, API Gateway, Service Mesh
• SQL and No
  
  SQL databases, performance and cache management

Frontend

• Good knowledge of Angular (Type Script, RxJS, NgRx)
• React appreciated
• Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design and modern build tools

Cloud & Dev Ops

• Expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway…)
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• CI/CD (Git Lab CI, Jenkins or equivalent), Infrastructure as Code
• Application quality, security and SDLC practices

Tests

• Strong culture of automated testing
• Unit, integration and functional tests
• Sensitivity to performance testing
