• Senior level role-looking for a candidate with a great background developing in NodeJS, and who has strong AWS, Lambda, and RDS skills.
• 90% of the work will be back end focused, might do a little UI, but not much.
• If the candidate didn't have any NodeJS, but was very strong in Java, we will consider that if they are open to learning NodeJS.

This role is a key driver in matching the ideal process improvement tools and techniques to individual process optimization opportunities. We are looking for top full-stack engineer talent that can, via skilled development, drive high user happiness as it relates to the work flow and business process related tools within our product portfolio.

This role will play a key part of developing industry standard and best-practice BPMN applications – applying the Camunda open source tools on our digital automation platform.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / similar technical field and or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years development experience;
  NodeJS (preferred), can be Java if doesn't have NodeJS
• 2+ years with AWS and other cloud-based development methodologies / best-practices
• Proven experience with Restful APIs is a plus
• Experience with enterprise business, financial, BPM, etc. software a major plus

• Experience with Lambda, AWS, RDS, NodeJS, OR Java
• Superb communication skills required
• Strong problem resolution skills required
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment required

• Accountable for consistent delivery of functional software – sprint to sprint, release to release
• Excellence in software development practices and procedures
• Participates in application level architecture
• Develops original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts
• Responsible for QA readiness of software work you're doing (end-to-end tests, unit tests, automation)
• Responsible for supporting implementation of moderate-scope projects or major initiatives
• Works on sophisticated assignments and often multiple phases of a project
• Assists in developing departmental technical policies and procedures
• May assist in establishing project plans for projects of moderate scope
