Ideally looking for 1/3 frontend 1/3 backend 1/3 Dev Ops - understanding that we may not find exactly that, but resumes coming from startup environment would likely be ideal (independent, problem solvers, used to handling all phases of the SDLC)
Dynamic work schedule - This is 5 days on site a month- in the same week then the remainder of the month is working from home. (They can fly/drive into the office as well). The Role and the TeamFidelity Brokerage Technology is looking for an expert Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join us in the design and development of innovative technology for financial advisors and their clients using the latest technology stack in a collaborative and engaging environment.
You will play a leading role in the agile development of the web applications used by thousands of Registered Investment Advisors and Correspondents to deliver comprehensive brokerage solutions to their customers, including account management, trading, money movement, compliance, market research, portfolio management, and margin lending.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring- Sophisticated full stack software development experience, building scalable web and middle tier applications using Angular and core Java with Spring/Springboot.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Leadership to guide, encourage, and empower your fellow engineers.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment.
- Experience with web services - JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, etc.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS cloud deployment/application management.
- Experience with unit testing and test automation libraries/strategies.
- Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience using source control and pull requests for collaborative development in code repository tools such as Git Hub.
- Strong communications and problem-solving skills
- Developing and deploying software in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues on technical implementation and process improvement.
- Working closely with technology and business partners to design new features.
- Passion for learning the newest technologies and frameworks.
