Alfresco Engineer

Job Title

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance as required by contract.

This position is remote but will require candidate to come onsite to McLean, VA for meetings.

Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years' experience implementing solutions leveraging Alfresco content management suite, Alfresco Share and ADF framework.

Experience designing architecture and developing Alfresco-based software solutions.

5+ years of Java development experience, Tomcat or any JEE application server.

Java design and development experience with complex solutions or worked on a team that has implemented Enterprise-wide solutions.

AWS technologies, Java 8/JEE (and higher), AngularJS, SQL, Ansible, Jira, Git.

Prior experience with Angular, JavaScript Github, Bash, Power Shell, NodeJS, Java, Groovy.

Technical team leadership, ability to manage development teams in dispersed, Agile environment.

Proven experience and expert knowledge of the Alfresco platform, Java, Spring boot (PCF/Tanzu experience), Angular, and Postgres database. Design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions.

Deep understanding of API design and best practices.

Ability to break down technical problems.

Ability to understand the nuances of business logic and its impact.

Review and debug, and mentor other developers in coding standards and best practices.

Experience building complex logic and systems, particularly web services, RESTful APIs, and continuous integration and delivery.

Experience leading agile development environment as part of a team of engineers, developers and testers.
