Web designer

We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team in Akron. As a Web Designer you will be responsible for creating and designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. This is a part‑time position perfect for students or individuals looking to gain experience in the field.

• Collaborate with the design team to create website layouts and designs
• Utilize HTML, CSS and JavaScript to bring designs to life
• Conduct research on current design trends and best practices
• Incorporate SEO best practices into website designs
• Ensure website functionality across different browsers and devices
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and implement them into designs
• Update and maintain existing websites as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Java Script
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong eye for design and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills

Starting salary for this part‑time position is $1800 per month.

This position is based in Akron but remote work may be possible depending on the candidate's location.

This job is open to candidates of all nationalities. English fluency is not required as long as the candidate has strong web design skills. No prior experience is necessary; we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and willing to work hard.
