Azure Integration Developer

Location:
Remote (US, Central Time)
Salary Range: $40 - $47/hr on W2/C2C All Inclusive
Duration: 6+ Months and Possible Extension Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Azure Integration Developer with expertise in integrating Azure Bot Service with Client Teams apps/extensions. This role involves designing, building, and supporting integrations within the Client 365 ecosystem, utilizing Node.js backend services hosted in Azure.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Bot Service design, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Client Teams app/extension development and Teams Toolkit familiarity
- Strong Node.js backend development experience
- REST API design and integration experience
- Azure App Service or other Azure hosting/deployment experience
- Client Entra (Azure AD) authentication and authorization
- Bot Framework SDK knowledge
- Understanding of webhooks, messaging flows, and callback endpoints
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with environment configuration, secrets management, and deployment pipelines
- Ability to work with deployment teams on infrastructure and release requirements
- Debugging across Teams client, bot service, and backend APIs
- Design and implement Client Teams app extensions that connect to Azure Bot Service
- Configure and manage bot registration, messaging endpoints, and integration points within M365 and Azure
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using Client Entra (Azure AD)
- Develop and maintain Node.js backend services handling bot conversations and business logic
- Troubleshoot end-to-end issues from Teams client, Azure Bot Service, to backend APIs and network flows
- Coordinate requirements and deliverables ensuring smooth deployment and ongoing support
