Grainger Corporate Services LLC is seeking a Software Engineer IV in Lake Forest, IL.

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions to optimize system performance and data integration.
• Configure and integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services to enable omnichannel cloud contact center solutions.
• Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and develop backend APIs and system integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP services, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies.
• Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git Hub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Participate in Agile development cycles to plan sprints, review deliverables, and deploy Salesforce application features.
• Up to 5% domestic travel to meet colleagues.
• 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the U.S.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of related experience.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $153,317 - $207,000 which reflects the potential base pay at the time of this posting. Base pay will depend on factors such as work location, relevant experience, and skills.
