Job Overview

Software Developer Principal – transform technology into opportunity and shape next‑generation mission‑critical government projects at GDIT.

• Research, design, develop, and test operating systems‑level software.
• Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements.
• Design embedded systems software as required.
• Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Secret Security Clearance (current or able to obtain).
• 8570 IAT Level II Certification.
• US Citizenship.
• Strong engineering expertise and a drive for innovation.

This position has a likely salary range of $112,840 to $138,000; final compensation will depend on experience, location, and contractual factors.
