Full Stack Product Engineer

• Work on all aspects of core features for the Gather platform.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to bring ideas to life quickly.
• Build high-quality, maintainable code using React, Type Script, Node.js, and other technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure quality.
• Help shape the future of the product by understanding user needs and proposing creative solutions.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with front‑end development using Type Script and React.
• A passion for user‑centered design and problem‑solving.
• A bias towards action and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in a startup environment.
• A portfolio of personal projects.
• An eye for visual design.

Salary Range: $115,000 – $150,000 per year (base salary) + equity + benefits.
