Therefore we are looking for a German speaking person who fits the following criteria:

What you will do

• Development on the Shopware stores of our customers
• Development on our Shopware extensions (Apps & Plugins)
• Strategic technical consulting (via email & online video calls)
• Respond to and handle technical support inquiries & tickets (via email & online video calls).
• Regular exchange in the team via Slack

Who you should be

• Ambitious and determined.
• Patient when technology doesn't work right away (bugs & elaborate features).
• You are customer and service oriented and have a friendly and communicative manner.
• Committed and with a quick grasp, a structured way of working and a high willingness to learn.
• Able to follow existing processes.
• Prior years of development experience required.
• Experience in agencies advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Education/studies: is secondary. However, good degrees are certainly not rejected.
