Job DetailsWe are seeking a Senior Salesforce Omni Studio Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting complex healthcare, public sector, and regulated industry initiatives. This is a hands-on development role requiring deep Omni Studio expertise, strong Salesforce platform knowledge, and experience leveraging AI-powered development tools in production environments. The ideal candidate will own technical solutions from architecture through deployment while partnering closely with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain OmniScripts, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and Data Mappers
- Build scalable solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform best practices
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Mule Soft, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Support implementations across Salesforce Industry Clouds, including Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and Financial Services Cloud
- Lead code reviews, release management, deployment planning, and CI/CD processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices
- Participate in discovery sessions, solution design workshops, client demos, and technical reviews
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and development standards
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Omni Studio (formerly Vlocity) experience
- Current Salesforce Omni Studio Developer or Omni Studio Consultant Certification
- Experience delivering solutions within Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, or Financial Services Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or Dev Ops Center
- Proven ability to deliver successfully within consulting or client-facing environments
- Deep expertise with:
OmniScripts, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Data Mappers, Omni Studio-LWC integration patterns - Strong experience with:
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing, Salesforce platform fundamentals - Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture including:
Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Models, Field-Level Security, Named Credentials, OAuth, JWT - Required AI Experience - daily use of AI-assisted development tools in production environments
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, Windsurf or similar
- Ability to discuss: prompt engineering, code generation, refactoring, automated test creation, AI-assisted code reviews, technical documentation generation
- Experience applying AI to Salesforce development (Apex, OmniScript, Data Raptor, test class generation, metadata migration, documentation creation)
- Working knowledge of Einstein, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein Trust Layer, Data Cloud, Public Trust Eligibility Requirements
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to pass federal background investigations
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- No unresolved federal tax delinquencies or disqualifying adjudication factors
- Willingness to complete fingerprinting and periodic reinvestigations
