Overview

DPR Construction is looking for a Service Now Platform Developer to join the Enterprise Technology Systems (ETS) – Architecture & Development team. The role focuses on developing and enhancing Service Now applications for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with opportunities to shape adoption of additional modules and integrate with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Oracle EBS, and project management tools.

• Develop and enhance Service Now applications and workflows within HRSD and ITSM products.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Service Now and enterprise systems, including HRIS, ERP, and project management tools, using REST, SOAP, JDBC, flat file, and Integration Hub spokes.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to technical delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Service Now development experience, plus additional experience in an IT position such as business analyst.
• Proven experience integrating Service Now with enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of Service Now architecture, scoped applications, ACLs, and platform security.
• Proficiency in server‑side scripting.
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading technical delivery.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications:
  
  Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Developer.
• Familiarity with the construction industry, compliance requirements, and field service operations.

Work involves prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a computer screen, lifting up to 15 pounds at times, and occasional domestic travel by airplane for meetings. The role is hybrid, with most time spent working from home and occasional attendance required at local DPR offices.

Salary ranges based on location:
Sacramento, San Diego, Denver, Colorado Springs, NJ: $97,289 – $183,459;
Seattle, Boston, DC, Baltimore, Southern California: $116,747 – $200,137. Compensation will vary based on market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and performance. Salary is part of DPR's total compensation package.
