Annual Salary Range Sr IT Analyst: $104,308 - $139,079
This position allows for up to four days of remote work per week.
About the RoleThe Senior Software Engineer is responsible for leading the design and development of high‑complexity components and services within the organization’s Microsoft‑centric application ecosystem. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using technologies such as C#, .NET (Core and Framework), ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of high‑complexity components and services.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Microsoft stack technologies.
- Integrate and optimize services using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, REST APIs, messaging patterns, and data pipelines.
- Refine CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions, improve automated testing practices, strengthen monitoring and alerting frameworks, and modernize legacy systems.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, quality engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, high‑performance software delivery.
- Maintain architectural and operational standards across justice or case‑management platforms (e.g., Tyler Odyssey).
- Facilitate code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions across the team.
Strong engineering judgment, clear communication, collaborative mindset; proficient in Microsoft development ecosystem; excels in design, maintainability, and long‑term system health; proactive at handling risks, technical debt, and trade‑offs; experienced with complex case‑management systems like Tyler Odyssey; current with evolving technologies; champion documentation practices.
Minimum Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent academic achievement. - Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of professional information technology experience comparable to an IT Analyst II with the State Bar. - Desired
Experience:
Five (5) years of full‑time, progressively responsible experience in software testing, quality assurance, and test automation.
Licenses or certificates are not required. Relevant certifications may substitute for some or all of the required education.
