Seeking motivated, professional individuals based in US & Europe to support interview processes for software-focused roles as part of our extended remote team.
We work closely with experienced senior developers and global engineering talent.
We are now expanding our remote team across the US & Europe, and Latin America, with a strong focus on long-term, trust-based collaboration.
🔹 Role Overview
Software Consultant
(Junior Software Developer or Entry-Level Technical Background Accepted)

This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is comfortable communicating in professional software interview settings
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to grow professionally and gain experience at a senior level.
- Does not need a deep technical background
- Does not need to handle development tasks or job execution
🔹 Responsibilities
- Attend software job interviews and professional meetings as scheduled
- Communicate clearly and confidently with client companies
- Share prepared updates and responses with support from our technical team
- Join short daily standups

Less than 1 Year

- Must be based in US & Europe
- Fluent English communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable in software conversations
- Stable internet connection
- Experience in coordination, dispatcher, or operations
- Software development experience
