The Web Developer (Django) role is centered on developing and maintaining web applications that deliver the organization’s content effectively. This position supports the company’s mission by creating digital products and experiences that engage the marketplace with quality and integrity. The role involves collaboration with leadership to ensure progress and results align with organizational goals. The position allows for remote work, with occasional in-person meetings preferred.

• Develop and maintain existing and new web products and experiences
• Build related services and APIs
• Maintain web infrastructure
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proficiency in Python, Django, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Git
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Organized, self‑motivated, and able to work well with others

$70k-$90k yearly; competitive salary based on experience, education, skills, and relationships. Salary aligned with standards for similar roles in publishing and not-for-profit ministries.
