DMI is looking for a skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join their team and contribute to a groundbreaking internal platform that streamlines AI tool creation. This is a 100% remote position with a one-year contract and potential for extension.
What You’ll Do:- Develop web applications using cutting-edge cloud technologies (AWS).
- Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs for efficient data exchange.
- Craft user-friendly interfaces for a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with engineers to tackle technical challenges.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of web development experience (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks).
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Extensive experience with React (or similar libraries like Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong Python skills for building APIs using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Node.js (or similar).
- Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions, Azure Functions).
- Experience with Test-Driven Development and clean coding practices.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Consulting experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Software architecture design knowledge
- Experience leading small to medium-sized development teams
