Join our core engineering team to build the next generation of multi-model database systems. You'll work on cutting-edge distributed systems technology and help shape the future of data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement core database engine features
- Build and maintain distributed consensus protocols
- Collaborate with product team on feature development
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Contribute to open-source database projects
- 5+ years of experience in database systems or distributed systems
- Strong proficiency in C++, Rust, or Go
- Deep understanding of database internals (storage engines, query optimization)
- Experience with distributed systems and consensus algorithms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with multi-model databases
- Contributions to open-source database projects
- Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms
