Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer

• Build and maintain features for the Franklin Covey learning platform.
• Help the team track and improve the performance of the platform as it scales.
• Participate in code reviews and help define best practices for the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, data) to ensure you’re building the right things.
• Work with other teams (sales, marketing, support) to ensure a great user experience.

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience with Python, Django, Terraform, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  React, PHP, or Type Script (a plus).
• Experience deploying code to AWS.
• Strong written communication skills.
• A passion for learning and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $180,000 – $220,000 per year (California) – exact compensation will vary based on experience.
