Requirements
- Proven experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Bedrock Data)
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and generative model evaluation
- Familiarity with AI or data automation workflows using Python
- Understanding of RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment
- Knowledge of AI observability, model monitoring, and cost optimization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems integrating LLMs and GenAI models
- Collaborate with AI Engineers to create scalable AI solutions for enterprise applications
- Integrate generative AI models into full-stack applications and workflows
- Execute prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluate generative outputs
- Build reusable components for multi-agent orchestration and automation
- Optimize inference pipelines for scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap
- Support AI observability and model monitoring practices
- Be part of a growing AI team with plans to expand, currently adding two engineers
