Senior Director, Business Analysis – Capital One Software (Remote)

• Apply strategic and analytical skills to major business challenges
• Lead a growing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers
• Partner with colleagues within the Software business and across the enterprise and at external platforms
• Leverage a broad stack of technologies to uncover insights from large volumes of numeric and textual data
• Translate complex analytical work into tangible business goals for stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
• At least 5 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
• At least 3 years of experience performing people management
• At least 3 years of experience performing project management

• Master’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in people management
• 3+ years of experience in product development
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling
• 3+ years of experience in economic forecasting

$245,100 – $279,800 annually (full‑time; subject to location variation)
