Mid Software Developer – Backend Software Developer to modify existing GOTS code and integrate open‑source solutions for display and analysis within Aeronautical Production Systems.

• Coding, developing, integrating, and debugging Python, React, C#, and other languages; strong familiarity with Python Flask, Mapping, Gitlab/Dev Ops, and ESRI development.
• Writing validation tests against existing code baselines to ensure code integrity during Agile development efforts.
• Assisting with unit testing.
• Writing scripts to automate AWS and RDS tasks.
• Performing software systems development, including design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs for enhancements and new software‑intensive systems and products.
• Participating in peer reviews and unit testing, and adapting to different responsibilities.
• Completing software requirements analysis and development of software products.
• Identifying software and hardware dependencies and capacities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• BS degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience OR
• Master’s 2+ years of prior relevant experience OR
• High School diploma or GED equivalent and 6+ years of related experience.
• Adept at leveraging a comprehensive suite of AWS services, including Amazon S3, EC2, and Lambda, with strong experience in Python and shell scripting to automate cloud operations and streamline infrastructure management.
• Possession of an AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification is a strong plus.
• Experience in software development or integration projects in a service‑oriented environment (Cloud, SOA, Web‑Services) or virtualization environment.
• Experience with Type Script, Node.js/Express, ASP.NET Core Web API, Swagger (OpenAPI), C#, and Postgres.
• Familiarity with REST principles.
• Experience with Dev Sec Ops , including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Python and .NET Core (coding, developing, designing, integrating, and debugging).
• Experience with Linux Administration, including writing Bash scripts.
• Experience scripting to automate AWS and RDS tasks.
• Experience using AWS SDK API tools to build on AWS, including Lambdas, EC2, and React.
• Experience implementing JavaScript, Java, and SQL.
• Background check.
• Successfully passing background and drug screening.

• Master's Degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.

• Ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance.
• Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting.
• Capability of managing multiple efforts with time‑related constraints in a fast‑paced contracting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals.
• Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, experience working in a home office setting, and ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues.
• Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous customer service experience strongly desired.
• Good problem‑solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve it.
