Intern - Software Engineering

Overview

We are looking for engineers who are:

• Enthusiastic to start a career in an international company, a global leader in AI-driven learning and talent management solutions

• Comfortable working alongside AI coding tools, while staying curious about how and why things work, not just what gets generated

• Good knowledge of one of the following:
  Java, C# or Ruby
• Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript would be a plus
• Knowledge of databases (relational and non-relational)
• Grasp of software design principles
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, Cursor) is necessary — along with the judgment to verify, test, and critically evaluate what they produce rather than accepting suggestions at face value
• English at the communicative level

• Join one of our teams and participate in all development activities (code creation and review, writing unit tests) and SCRUM ceremonies
• Work on real tasks related to our product, relevant to the wider team
• Be encouraged to use modern AI-assisted development tools responsibly, learning when to lean on them and when to reason things through yourself

• 12-month paid internship on a contract of mandate
• Minimum 3/5 shift, i.e. 24h per week (exact days and hours agreed between you and us)
• Hybrid mode (work from home combined with our Cracow office)
