Position Overview
As a CNO Engineer at SIXGEN, you'll work at the intersection of software development, binary and network protocol reverse engineering, and large‑scale data analysis. Your contributions will support federal customers’ missions and enrich the team’s capabilities in advanced CNO development.

7+ years (Team Lead roles available if 10+ years)
Anticipated salary range: $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Develop modular code that interfaces with a large‑scale framework.
- Engage in software development, binary and network protocol reverse engineering, and large‑scale data analysis.
- Collaborate with fellow developers on CNO efforts.
- Provide meaningful support to federal customers through rigorous analysis and development.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
- In‑depth understanding of OS internals and network protocols.
- Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of common CNO techniques.
- Experience in reverse engineering, preferably using Ghidra or IDAPRO, focusing on embedded (ARM/MIPS) systems.
- Windows/Linux CNO development experience with a focus on persistence.
- Assembly programming skills.
- Experience with VR/RE research.
- Availability of TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
