In this role, you’ll join a small, talented team to build and maintain the systems that power Quora’s ML models.

• Designing, building, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems for the entire ML workflow (data, training, deployment, serving).
• Creating services using popular open-source tools like Kubernetes, Tensor Flow, and PyTorch.
• Taking ownership of critical infrastructure, fixing production issues, and being on-call to support the team.
• Collaborating with ML engineers to help them be more effective.

• 2+ years of experience building and managing ML or data science systems.
• Strong coding skills in Python, C++, or a similar language.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience working with ML teams and containerized infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
