Green shades Software is seeking a Software Development Lead to drive engineering health and maintainability across its product portfolio. In this hands-on role, you'll manage a team of software engineers while diving deep into coding, ensuring reliability and stability of payroll, HR, and tax products.
The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical lead role, and will promote an AI-first engineering practice. This is a remote position.
