As a Senior Software Engineer you will build and maintain low‑level orchestration components that power our cloud platform, directly influencing the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of environments used by customers running complex applications. You will balance day‑to‑day maintenance of established systems with modernizing our base orchestration layer from Python to Go. Your work enables seamless cross‑functional operations across our global infrastructure and solves highly complex challenges involving asynchronous networking, distributed coordination, and performance‑critical systems.

• Core Projects: Improve and maintain our orchestration engine and git interface, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and security.

• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Python and Go.
• Comfort working on low‑level systems.
• Proficiency in asynchronous programming and concurrency models in Python or similar.
• Deep expertise in Linux systems and internals, including process management, networking, containers, and file systems.
• Production experience with containerization technologies (Docker, OCI images, LXC, etc.).
• In‑depth knowledge of Git protocol and repository mechanics.
• Comfort debugging complex systems using traces and logs.
• Pragmatic problem‑solving and efficient practical solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM APIs applied to code review, documentation, and debugging.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage, accept feedback, and share knowledge with diverse audiences.

• Knowledge of orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (K8s).
• Experience with Git Lab CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in PaaS or cloud‑based environments.
• Experience with high‑availability architectures and fault tolerance.

Our interview process consists of four stages conducted via Google Meet:

• 45 minutes with Talent Acquisition
• 60 minutes with Hiring Manager, Director, Software Engineering
• 60 minutes with Team (ICs)
• 45 minutes with Executive (VP, Software Engineering)
