We're looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Data Engineer to join our growing data team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building and maintaining data pipelines, supporting analytics initiatives, and working with modern data technologies in a hybrid work environment.
Job Details- Hybrid work arrangement (United States)
- Full‑Time
- Entry‑Level / Junior
- Assist in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
- Collect, clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources
- Support the development and maintenance of data warehouses and data lakes
- Monitor data pipelines to ensure reliability, performance, and data quality
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to support business and analytics needs
- Troubleshoot data‑related issues and optimize data processing workflows
- Document data architecture, processes, and technical specifications
- Contribute to improving data engineering best practices and automation efforts
- 0–3+ years of experience (internships included)
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or Scala for data processing
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data integration tools
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
- Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka) is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Eagerness to learn modern data engineering technologies and best practices
- Fluent in English
- Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full‑time
- Ability to commute to the assigned office location as required
