ICON is seeking a pragmatic AI Software Engineer to design and ship AI-powered tools, workflows, and autonomous agents for its Government Technology team. The role is remote with periodic travel to ICON HQ in Austin, TX.
You will own end-to-end AI feature development, from prototyping to deployment, and mentor others in agentic AI best practices. Required are 8+ years of software engineering, experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks, and proficiency in Type Script or Python.
