Work closely with product managers, designers, and AI specialists to deliver elegant, high‑performance React‑based features. Your ability to translate complex requirements into beautiful interfaces will be key to our product’s success.

Responsibilities
  • Own complex, 6+ month projects from ideation to launch, including cross‑functional collaboration, testing, measuring impact, and iteration.
  • Design, build, and maintain generative AI products such as Conversations, Accounting Research, Ready to Advise, and Work spaces.
  • Build user interfaces with Next.js, Type Script, and Tailwind CSS to ensure performant, intuitive, and responsive experiences.
  • Identify bottlenecks and optimize for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Serve as a product leader for key features, making prioritization decisions, scoping timelines, guiding engineering work, and coordinating with cross‑functional partners.
  • Set and enforce team‑wide frameworks, best practices, code quality, and testing standards.
  • Apply strong design sensibilities to deliver polished, accessible, user‑centric interfaces.
  • Proactively collect feedback from end users and stakeholders and iterate accordingly.
About You
  • 7+ years building web applications at scale.
  • Passion for UI/UX and product design, enjoying refinement of user‑centric details.
  • Self‑driven with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and prioritization.
  • Experience building new products or features from 0 to 1 or from ideation to release.
  • Excellent debugging skills and an eye for performance optimization.
  • Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
Bonus Points
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, or related field.
  • Experience working in a startup or similar fast‑paced setting.
  • Experience building chatbot interfaces or other AI‑native products.
  • Familiarity with large language models, AI agent design, and/or prompt engineering.
  • Opinionated about front‑end testing methodologies, A/B testing, and safe rollouts.

Eligible office locations include New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, CA, McLean, VA, and Washington, DC. Base compensation ranges from $134,680 to $250,120 (or $116,900 to $217,100 for other U.S. locations).
